Great spot for a chill night
Just spent a night here and it was solid. The bar area is pretty cool and has good vibes. Staff were super quick with getting us drinks and food, which was a bonus. Rooms were basic but clean and comfy. Wish the breakfast had come faster, though. we waited a bit too long for the toast.

Just a perfect match for a brief stopover in Newport with reasonable value. The shower system in my room was state of the art and better than my own. Pro tip, try out the burgers in the restaurant. they serve them quickly and hot.

I appreciated how clean and spacious my room felt, which set a relaxing tone for my weekend exploring nearby attractions. the National Roman Legion Museum was just over 4 km away, making it an easy walk, while the beautiful Caerleon Roman Fortress and Baths also offered a rich blend of history and stunning views, perfect for a leisurely stroll on a sunny day.
